I remember back in the heady days of the late 80s and early 90s when even private school schmucks like myself fashioned ourselves as &quot;taggers&quot; hanging out at Pearl Paint looking for markers and black books. There were some very talented artists at my high school, one wrote &quot;Mien&quot; which for a while was literally all over Manhattan.
