Rejuvenate your creativity this summer by studying art in the heart of New York City’s Museum Mile. Located steps away from Central Park, the Guggenheim, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the National Academy School is a powerful launching point for energizing your artistic journey. Courses are offered to artists of all levels — from the amateur photographer to the professional painter — and range from one-day workshops to immersive semester-long classes in a particular technique. Summer Art Classes and Workshops
Make a short video, paint outdoors in Central Park, or build your own artist’s website. Explore drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, mixed media, or interdisciplinary projects. Small class sizes offer students focused, individual attention and guidance from working faculty artists.
