“I’d like to quit the supernatural roles and play just an interesting, down-to-earth person.”

—Bela Lugosi

“Dear World, I am leaving because I am bored. I feel I have lived long enough. I am leaving you with your worries in this sweet cesspool. Good luck.”

—George Sanders, in his suicide note.

“A man is not finished when he is defeated. He is finished when he quits.”

—Richard Nixon
