Light Work has just launched its 2014 Subscription Program, including limited-edition prints by James Welling, John Chervinsky, Lucas Foglia, Irina Rozovsky, signed copies of Strangely Familiar by Peter Mitchell, and a newly designed Contact Sheet.
Light Work, founded as an artist-run, non-profit organization in 1973, has a history of providing direct support to artists through residencies, publications, exhibitions, and a community-access digital lab facility. Each year, their Subscription Program features four limited-edition prints, one signed book, and a subscription to Contact Sheet, one of the longest-running photography magazines in the world. The proceeds from the sales of these works goes directly back to supporting artists working in photography. It’s great art for a great cause.
Past prints are available from emerging and established artists, including Carrie Mae Weems, Dawoud Bey, Irina Rozovsky, Mark Steinmetz, Susan Worsham, Deana Lawson, Elijah Gowin, Ben Gest and many more.
