The reopening of the iconic Marcel Breuer-designed building on Madison Avenue represents a new chapter for The Metropolitan Museum of Art — and for New York City.  At this third and newest location of The Met, you can experience modern and contemporary art like never before: through the lens of The Met’s five thousand years of art from every corner of the globe.

Met Members get first access to The Met Breuer’s inaugural exhibitions this week.  Unfinished: Thoughts Left Visible, features works by some of the greatest artists of all time — from Titian to Louise Bourgeois — along with Nasreen Mohamedi, the largest exhibition to date dedicated to the Indian modernist. Resident Artist and Grammy nominee, Vijay Iyer, will perform Relation: A Performance Residency which includes collaborations with other musicians and performers, and an on-going sound installation by artists Mendi + Keith Obadike.

Be a part of The Met Breuer from the very beginning as a Met Member. Previews continue through this Sunday, March 13 (The Met Breuer opens to the public on March 18).
