Providing an in-depth study of the relationships between art, law and business and how they influence the commercial art world, this program emphasizes practice over theory, and introduces students to the foundational tools, skills and concepts of the art market, law and business.
Modern and Contemporary Art and the Market
Direct contact with original works of art is emphasized in this interdisciplinary program, which has trained students to be effective art world professionals since 1998. The program provides an in-depth study of art and the market from the mid-nineteenth century to the present day.
