Join a rigorous and supportive low-residency MFA community in the brand new facilities of the Lunder Art Center. Formerly known as AIB, we are one of the oldest and most established low-residency MFAs in the country. MFA residencies in Boston/Cambridge comprise a rich immersion of critiques, seminars, visiting artist talks, field trips, workshops, and exhibitions. During semesters, MFA students work with studio mentors in their region to shape their art practice and with MFA faculty on their academics.
Applications for the January residency are being accepted through December 5, (with a priority deadline on October 15) and will be reviewed in the order received.
