Join the Guggenheim for a special evening with [Mexican artist Pia Camil on Friday, November 8](http://bit.ly/2JPdsEA?ref=hyperallergic.com). Camil and Pablo León de la Barra, Curator at Large, Latin America, participate in a discussion of her practice, which is followed by a celebration that includes a communal activation of her new work *Here Comes the Sun* (2019) as well as music, family activities, and a bar.

*Here Comes the Sun* is a fabric sculpture commissioned for the Guggenheim’s iconic rotunda by the museum’s Latin American Circle. Created through a process of exchange with largely Latinx communities in East Harlem and Corona, Queens, this work incorporates over 200 T-shirts, most donated by project participants.
