Dubbed *an exhibition the size of a city*, Artspace’s annual City-Wide Open Studios posits new ways to forge intimate bonds between artists and audiences. This October, in sites across New Haven, Artspace presents an expansive series of interactive commissions, participatory games, workshops, demonstrations, and encounters, many inspired by the world of sports and games. Dozens of private studios, a former Erector Set toy factory, a 220,000 square foot vacant Armory, and artist-run venues will be open to the public.
