Blaise Tobia is a visual artist based in Philadelphia. He received his BA in fine arts from Brooklyn College, CUNY and an MFA in visual arts from the University of California, San Diego. He maintains an active individual arts practice and also collaborates with Virginia Maksymowicz as TandM Arts.
