This three-part exhibition features 63 images that represent intersections between the timeless cultural significance of mountains in China and highly individualized photographic works by 27 contemporary Chinese artists.

[*The Revered Mountains of China*](http://bit.ly/2slDyZu?ref=hyperallergic.com) (featuring works by Hou Heliang, Kang Songbai and Kang Liang, Li Daguang, Lin Maozhao, Li Xueliang, Lu Hao, Zhang Anlu, Xiao Chao, Yan Shi, Wang Jing, Zhang Jiaxuan, Zhang Huajie, and Zheng Congli) will introduce the viewer to the geography, history, legends and cultures associated with China’s famed and sacred mountains.

[*Landscape Aesthetics in Photography*](http://bit.ly/2slDyZu?ref=hyperallergic.com) will explore the impact of deep-rooted artistic practices in Huangshan mountain images by Wang Wusheng.

[*New Landscape Photography*](http://bit.ly/2slDyZu?ref=hyperallergic.com) (featuring works by Hong Lei, Lin Ran, Lu Yanpeng, Shao Wenhuan, Taca Sui, Xiao Xuan’an, Yan Changjiang, Yang Yongliang, Yao Lu, Zeng Han, Gao Hui, and Feng Yan) will demonstrate innovations inspired by tradition and how artists utilize creative imagery to address the issue of environmental degradation.
