The [Sam Fox School](http://bit.ly/35fVPq8?ref=hyperallergic.com) of Design & Visual Arts provides a dynamic environment in which to challenge the conventional and habitual. We draw on the assets of Washington University in St. Louis, a top research institution, while exploring art’s vital role as a social, political, and intellectual pursuit. We will award an additional 10 full-tuition scholarships annually to graduate students across the Sam Fox School through the [Sam Fox Ambassadors program](http://bit.ly/2qJ7zTh?ref=hyperallergic.com). The MFA in Visual Art program is ranked 12th by US News and World Report.
