The world’s foremost art fair dedicated to prints and editions returns for the second year in the River Pavilion at the Javits Center with a [gala preview](http://bit.ly/2QSImNu?ref=hyperallergic.com) on Wednesday, October 24\. Just steps away from the High Line and Chelsea arts district, the [Fine Art Print Fair](http://bit.ly/2QXxoXd?ref=hyperallergic.com) runs from Thursday October 25 to Sunday October 28.
