And the Tribeca Film Festival’s this week, too? Seems like when the art world starts to get a little sleepy, the rest of the city comes out to play. It’s also Pride Month! We kick off our series of interviews with queer and trans elders this June with Senior Editor Di Liscia’s interview with Jamie Nares. Much of her work across experimental film, photography, and music is rooted in New York City, particularly the No Wave movement of the mid-1970s.
