The Republican presidential primaries have already started off to a bizarre start. MSNBC news personality Rachel Maddow has been so confused by the Herman Cain campaign that she has started calling it the [Herman Cain Art Project](http://www.mediaite.com/tv/rachel-maddow-the-herman-cain-art-project-is-so-good-howard-stern-is-jealous/?ref=hyperallergic.com), as if it was some sort of [performance art work](http://www.mediaite.com/tv/rachel-maddow-kicks-herself-for-not-realizing-herman-cain-is-a-performance-art-project/?ref=hyperallergic.com).
