Digital comes along as a tool. It looks different, and flower blobs seem to harken back to Impressionism in concept, if not in brushwork. Different tools provide different outcomes. What I appreciate is "knowing" what tools are used although we tend not to expect identifying if an oil painting was applied with brush, palette knife, sponge, body parts or other, unless writing signage or an article where more depth is required.
