New York *dealer* Vito Schnabel has run into some trouble in his latest endeavor promoting quality highs. According to [TMZ](http://www.tmz.com/2017/09/28/heidi-klum-ex-vito-schnabel-arrested-shroom-burning-man/?ref=hyperallergic.com), Schnabel — son of painter, filmmaker, and [pajama model](http://observer.com/2016/05/the-many-notable-times-julian-schnabel-has-worn-pajamas-in-lieu-of-real-clothes/?ref=hyperallergic.com) [Julian Schnabel](https://hyperallergic.com/tag/julian-schnabel/) — was arrested at Burning Man on September 3 and charged with manufacturing and distributing Psilocybin, the scientific name for psychedelic mushrooms.

Schnabel faces up to five years in prison if convicted. He has pleaded not guilty.
