**Oktay Ince,** a Turkish filmmaker and longtime video activist, chained himself to a pole outside the culture ministry in Ankara to protest the confiscation of his archive, worth 20 years of his work. **Museum workers** are urging industry-wide reform and transparency by contributing to a spreadsheet documenting their place of employment, salary rates, and demographic details like race and gender.
