On Wednesday, the computer program [AlphaGo](https://deepmind.com/alpha-go.html?ref=hyperallergic.com), developed by the artificial intelligence company Google DeepMind, beat the South Korean master Lee Se-dol in a game of Go, winning its first match with human player.
