# Weekend Words: Meat

If we can now grow a hamburger in a test tube, as the *New York Times* [reported](http://www.nytimes.com/2013/05/14/science/engineering-the-325000-in-vitro-burger.html?pagewanted=all&ref=hyperallergic.com) on Tuesday, we will still be able to get to the meat of the matter?
