Erin Daly is a PhD candidate in Art History at the University of Iowa. Her research interests include 19th-century French art, classical reception, the art and archaeology of ancient Greece and the Near East, and provenance studies. She is writing her dissertation on the art of Gustave Moreau (1826–1898).
