Art in Odd Places is now accepting proposals for this year’s festival, returning to 14th Street in Manhattan with the theme “Dress.”
Applications are open from September 2-30 and will be reviewed by a jury of Alumni Residents from each discipline and experts in their fields.
All 52 of the emerging artists will receive a stipend of between $7,000 and $15,000 and additional developmental support from the organization.
The exhibition will take place in Washington, DC during the six weeks preceding the November mid-term elections. Submission deadline is September 10.
