  1. Love, love, love L.A. It’s a weird city, full of Hollywood glam, rich families, desperate up and comers, tattooed punk rockers, drag queens, and large Persian Jewish and Mexican / Latino communities. It’s about time I make a trip to the City of Angels this year and have fun for a few days.

  2. I lived in L.A. for 5 years, and as far as I’m concerned, it is a fetid cesspool. Sure there’s lots to do, if you don’t mind sitting in traffic half the day to do it, and then being surrounded by self-absorbed wannabes of one sort or another.
