Northeastern University’s College of Arts, Media and Design (CAMD) has welcomed composer and sound artist Beau Kenyon as an Artist in Residence and Lecturer in the Arts Administration and Cultural Entrepreneurship graduate offerings. Joining the CAMD community this year, Kenyon’s year-long residency will include a multi-disciplinary series of performances designed for public space, the development of a dynamic resource guide for creating performance-based artworks in the public realm, and working with CAMD students and faculty.

“I am thrilled to be joining Northeastern’s College of Arts, Media and Design – a cohort of creators and collaborators who are not only generating new ideas, they are putting them into practice,” said Kenyon. “Through multidisciplinary, experiential learning, Northeastern’s community extends to an ever-growing network of community partners who work together to make our world better. The M.S. in Arts Administration is yet another example of how we are working together to perpetuate both inspiration and affective action to further the creative and expressive arts industry.”

The Arts Administration and Cultural Entrepreneurship curriculum is designed to meet the changing needs of arts leaders, from administrators in arts institutions to creative practitioners and entrepreneurs’ eager to make their art start-up a reality. The program focuses on leadership innovation in a range of performance, visual arts, and cultural organizations. Both the AACE MS and Graduate Certificate program options are conveniently offered 100% online. The fall 2019 application is now open and admitted students will automatically be considered for scholarship funding. Join our community and see what’s next!
