Brooklyn Fine Art Print Fair Returns to Powerhouse Arts This Spring
Over 50 exhibitors, hands-on programming, and a juried print exhibition make up the fair’s expanded second edition. April 9–12, 2026.
Building on its momentous debut last spring, the Brooklyn Fine Art Print Fair returns to Powerhouse Arts in Gowanus from April 9 to 12, 2026. Presented by Powerhouse Arts in collaboration with Fine Arts Baltimore, Brooklyn’s only fair dedicated exclusively to fine art printmaking continues its mission to provide a focused platform for print-focused galleries, studios, academic programs, and self-representing artists working across contemporary print practices
A notable addition to the 2026 program is a juried national print exhibition presented by MGC Community Print Studio (historically Manhattan Graphics Center). Installed in the Small Hall at Powerhouse Arts, the show, which highlights contemporary print work selected through an open call, coincides with MGC’s 40th anniversary. The inclusion of a juried exhibition introduces a curatorial dimension that complements the fair’s commercial presentation while reinforcing its commitment to accessibility and professional development within the print community.
With printmaking departments from institutions across the United States joining returning New York-based programs, academic participation is expanding at the Brooklyn Fine Art Print Fair this year. As a convening point for education, production, and engagement, the fair aims to position the borough as an active site for contemporary print exchange.

Public programming remains integral to the fair’s structure. Throughout the four-day event, visitors can expect talks, demonstrations, guided booth tours, printshop tours, and community-oriented programming designed to contextualize the medium and encourage dialogue among artists, exhibitors, collectors, and the public. Social programming for exhibitors and attendees further supports exchange and connection across the weekend.
Hosted within Powerhouse Arts’s vibrant arts fabrication facility, a lively ecosystem of artists, makers, and enthusiasts, the Brooklyn Fine Art Print Fair maintains a close relationship to production and process in a setting that underscores an emphasis on material knowledge, collaboration, and the art behind printmaking.
