ARTS Southeast – ON::View Artist Residency
This fully funded residency gives artists lodging and a high-visibility studio in historic Savannah, Georgia, to complete a new project, continue an in-progress endeavor, or conduct research. The fee to apply for residencies in January–May 2026 is $50.

Casey Droege Cultural Productions – Pedantic Arts Residency
This residency provides each resident with a free bedroom, a $2,000 honorarium to be used at the resident’s discretion, and assistance with establishing relevant connections to individuals and organizations key to the research goals. Apply for free by September 15. Afterward, the application fee is $20.

The Morgan Conservatory – Artist in Residence Program 2026
Explore papermaking, book arts, and letterpress printing at the nation’s largest center dedicated to these crafts. This residency supports both emerging and established artists with time, space, and a stipend funded by the Windgate Foundation.

Tyler School of Art and Architecture – Edgar Heap of Birds Family Artist Residency
Open to artists whose work focuses on the history and lived experience of North American Indigenous people. Offered January–May 2026 at the Tyler School of Art and Architecture in Philadelphia. Artists receive a $3,500/month stipend, among other benefits.

Dairy Arts Center – Co-Production Program
This program in Boulder, Colorado, invites artists and organizations from across the US to co-produce performances in theater, dance, music, and film, offering free venue rental, a production stipend of up to $5,000, and an equitable revenue-sharing model.

The New York Preservation Archive Project – Request for Proposals: Archival Assessment
Seeking an experienced archivist or archival team to conduct a comprehensive assessment of historical materials housed in the New York Amsterdam News Headquarters, this Harlem-based collection reflects over a century of Black history and journalism.

Foundwork – 2025 Foundwork Artist Prize

The honoree receives a $10,000 grant and studio visits with jurors Ebony Haynes, Carmen Hermo, Lauren Mackler, Antonia Marsh, and Hugo Vitrani. Three artists will be shortlisted. Artists must be Foundwork members to be considered ($6/month with the option to cancel after the three-month prize selection period).

CAA Publication Grants
The Millard Meiss Fund and Wyeth Foundation for American Art Grant support the publication of book-length scholarly manuscripts in the history of art, visual studies, and related subjects that have been accepted by a publisher on their merits but cannot be published in the most desirable form without a subsidy.

National Sculpture Society – Alex J. Ettl Grant
This $7,500 prize is awarded annually to a figurative or realist sculptor with a mature body of work.

Printed Matter – Publisher Work Grants
This grant will offer three unrestricted grants of $10,000 to independent presses with a history of artists’ book publishing. Printed Matter will also extend a featured exhibitor presence at a forthcoming Printed Matter NY or LA Art Book Fair to selected presses.

South Arts – Emerging Traditional Artists Program
This award provides $5,000 to financially support the continuation of traditional knowledge and artistic skills within cultural communities in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee.
