Actor Jim Carrey Discovers NY Anti-Graff Laws

TMZ reports actor Jim Carrey's 1st attempt at "street art" was cleaned up by city workers but now he's "stuck it to The Man with a brand new piece."

Bored Actor Jim Carrey thinks he should be allowed to spray the front of his West Village art studio.

TMZ reports that the Hollywood actor’s first attempt was cleaned up by city workers but now he’s “stuck it to The Man with a brand new piece of street art.” We’re guessing they’re using the term “street art” very loosely. You can watch the video segment here.

First surprise to us, Jim Carrey has an art studio in the Village. Second, he’s obviously gone to art school in Venice Beach, California. Third, he doesn’t seem to know that all he has to do is let the city know not to paint over it so that it stays.
