What If Instagram Was Part of Art History?
Every wonder what art history would've been like if Instagram was around for some pivotal moments?
We love to play the “what if” game. You know, “What if Sonia Delauney had been an architect?,” “What if Plato was an art critic?,” or “What if Picasso made gifs?” But our latest series of historical possibilities that never came to pass was sparked by Histagrams and their fascination with Instagram in the hands of historic figures. While they included two art-related ’grams in their list (posted above), we thought it needed more, especially modern and contemporary artists. Enjoy.
