The Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts provides a dynamic environment in which to challenge the conventional and habitual. We draw on the assets of Washington University in St. Louis, a top research institution, while exploring art’s vital role as a social, political, and intellectual pursuit. We will award an additional 10 full-tuition scholarships annually to graduate students across the Sam Fox School through the Sam Fox Ambassadors program. The MFA in Visual Art program is ranked 12th by US News and World Report.
