Held in the Cyclorama of Boston Center for the Arts (BCA) in Boston’s South End, the Boston Art Book Fair is open to all ages and features original art, books, zines, prints, unique projects, and unexpected items by over 140 exhibitors.

The fair kicks off with a 21+ ticketed preview party on Friday, November 4, and is free and open to the public on Saturday and Sunday, November 5 and 6. Highlights of Friday’s preview party will include the premiere screening of Leaned Back, a new documentary by Chicago- and New York-based photographer and repeat exhibitor Adam Jason Cohen; a limited edition artwork by artist and featured exhibitor Zoë Pulley; and a dance party led by DJ WhySham. The dance party will be held within a new immersive installation by Lani Asunción, a current BCA Studio Resident and book fair exhibitor.

In alignment with BCA’s mission to support working artists, over half of this year’s exhibitors are individual artists and small collectives. They join a rich array of independent presses, international art publishers and distributors, university-affiliated graphic design, photography and studio art programs, alternate spaces, magazines, and more.

Presented by Boston Center for the Arts and Bodega, this year’s Boston Art Book Fair takes place November 4–6.
