We have the best office in the world and we want to share it with you.

Over a year ago, we moved into this giant space from our previous office — which was 20% the size of this — with the intention of hosting numerous events and renting out desks. We haven’t hosted as many events as we thought we would — since blogging and the business side of things consumes most of our time — but it’s finally time to talk about renting out those desks.
We want to admit something, we love this office but it’s underused and its too large for the usual 1-4 people who use this space at any given time.
What we’re looking for a small company, foundation or individual entrepreneurs — even ‘net artists! — who would like to join a dynamic, clean and professional environment. Hyperallergic HQ is currently the home of Hyperallergic and its parent company Going Off Script. The space has it’s own quirky blog and its a hard place not to love.

The office space features:
- kitchenette with refrigerator and sink,
- private bathroom to be shared by everyone at Hyperallergic HQ,
- sitting area with two couches,
- a lot of versatile space with the potential to host lectures with seats for crowds of 20–30 people, events with no seating for 30–70 people, and even exhibitions like this Friday’s Presents
- high-speed internet (wi-fi),
- heating and air conditioning,
- close proximity to the L (Bedford Ave) and G (Lorimer or Nassau) trains,
- next door to McCarren Park,
- in walking distance of dozens of bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and other services,
- 24-hour access, and
- lots of art.
Two desks are available , each for $400/month.
