Join us as the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC) hosts a virtual art auction of work from the school’s faculty and alums. Browse and buy artwork by Nick Cave, Sanford Biggers, Candida Alvarez, Roger Brown, Karl Wirsum, Angel Otero, Richard Hunt, Michelle Grabner, Jeffrey Gibson, Diane Simpson, Richard Rezac, and more until November 14.

In Chicago? Join us in person on November 11 for A Happening Auction Party, a benefit celebrating the SAIC community and world-renowned artists and designers who generously donated works for our virtual art auction. Inspired by Allan Kaprow’s interactive and riotous “Happenings” of the 1950s and 1960s, this evening will include a live auction of exclusive pieces.

A Happening Auction Party and SAIC Art Auction will raise critical funds for SAIC student scholarships as a celebration of the school’s artists, designers, and scholars.
