Social media gimmicks are many, but one independent bookshop in Bordeaux, Librairie Mollat, has found a creative way to engage their more than 66,000 Instagram followers with some clever book cover placement, while making them aware of some great book titles they have for sale. If this playful account tells us anything (other than it’s summer and we also need sources of happiness with all the depressing news nowadays), it’s that you may not be able to judge a book by its cover, but damn it, it makes for great Instagram fodder.
